this digital detox has been doing wonders for me. I felt the instinct to delete all social media and news and media apps from my phone (except Letterboxd hehe)- and am recharging my spirit with novels and films, and not trying to fill in every second of silence with a podcast or music or vlog lol -at first the restlessness was relentless, but now I notice so much more spaciousness in my mind and spirit - I’m so curious to keep creating music from this place next year that’s why I’ve been a bit awol, but i miss you guys , and love you, and hope you’re taking care of yourselves here’s what I’ve been up to ‎ أهلاً يا أبوظبي 🤍xxxxx
