I’ll be honest… I’ve been having a bit of an identity crisis so I wanted to sit down and share some important things I’ve learned in my 30s. I thought at my age I’d be in a house I own, married with kids and I feel a bit lost with where I’m at at the moment. I’m not unhappy, I’m just lost if that makes any sense. Xx

Christmas Yule Log ????❄️????Ingredients:3 eggs85g caster sugar 85g plain flour Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 300g Double cream 300g Icing powder300g ButterMethod:Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Whisk eggs and sugar together until pale and foamy. Add in flour, 2 tbl spoons of cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp of baking powder and whisk. Place in a shallow baking tray lined and pop in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Once done, roll your log while it’s hot into shape. Leave aside to cool. While your log cools, whisk your double cream until it’s fluffy. Unroll your log once cool and coat in whipped cream before rolling back up into shape. Create the chocolate icing with equal parts icing sugar to butter. Once beaten add in 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder and whisk. Coat your log in chocolate icing and then use a fork to create wavey lines.
