So so honored and privileged to be taking part in the @worldeconomicforum in Davos next week …I never dreamed I’d be asked te be part of talks at an event like this in front of world leaders incredible campaigners top business entrepreneurs artists snd just so many fascinating people from all over the world. Davos is where impactful change really can begin I will be talking about raising awareness for survivors and how we can do more, more more to make a difference to the global epidemic that is domestic violence and stopping violence agaisnt women its time to turn conversations into change in Davos but I will also be listening to other incredible people and of course I’ll be cheering on my friend @davidbeckham who is being given an award for his charitable work with children … so proud !

Big news!! Im sooo honoured to be Vice President of the @yorkshiresociety ! im a Leeds las through and through I lived in LA 15 years but I missed my home and ive been back in Yorkshire 5 years now and am so sooo happy to be back. I have my home in the beautiful countryside which gives me absolute peace surrounded by all my favourite things Yorkshire really is the best place on earth its my county ❤️

Ok you lot I’m gonna let you see into my “me time”Self care things I do,coz sooo important to me. Ok soo This was yesterdays protocall~ pic 1 im starting with infrared absorption for 20 minutes ~pic 2 all the amazing benefits of infrared ~pic 3 then we start to warm the body up with stretching in the infrared sauna for 15 minutes~pic 4 then we warm the body more with meditation in the the hot sauna for 15 minutes ~pic 5 heat is over it’s time for the walk to the ice ~pic 6 it’s ice time. 3 minutes concentrating on my breathing ~pic 7 then we warm the body up naturally with walking - in the rain ????Then repeat 1 more time I love love love doing my self care,I always need to remind myself how amazing it makes my soul feel inside so I don’t get caught up in daily life and work before I do it again, now of course it isnt always this in depth haha st home my self care routine is very very simple …….Let me know yours below and if you want me to share my simple home self care routine that ANYONE can do,you just need to MAKE the time people for YOURSELF
