When the house is quiet after 3 hours of chaos from 6-9am (the girls are at a holiday camp) the bathroom boogie begins. Music on, hairbrush mic in hand, and a full performance in the mirror — no audience, just me. And that’s the magic of it.It’s become my favourite little ritual… silly, uplifting, and such a fun way to reset before the day really starts.Honestly, give it a go tomorrow — there’s something so freeing about letting yourself be a bit ridiculous. AD - Our Bathrooms: Before and After I’m absolutely thrilled with how the bathrooms have turned out – they’re two completely different spaces, and I love them both for different reasons. For the master bathroom, I envisioned something chic, elegant, and grown-up, and it’s become the ultimate place to switch off and unwind. The freestanding brass bath by @bcdesignsuk is the star of the show – perfect for a long, relaxing soak, with even enough room for the girls when they want to join me. We’ve also got a spacious walk-in shower featuring @hudsonreeduk brassware and ceramics, alongside double sinks housed in a sleek @hudsonreeduk vanity unit. It’s my sanctuary, where functionality meets sophistication – the perfect spot to reset after a long day. The girls’ bathroom, on the other hand, is all about fun and happiness! The pink bath from @bcdesignsuk is a showstopper – bold, playful, and so full of joy. It instantly lifts your mood, and the girls adore it. We painted the space in my custom Coat Paint pink, which adds the most gorgeous warmth and charm to the room. Their adorable vanity unit from @nuiebathrooms fits the space perfectly, blending practicality with charm, while the shower tray and brassware, also from @nuiebathrooms and @hudsonreeduk, make the design feel beautifully cohesive. It’s their very own princess bathroom, and bath time has become an event they look forward to every day. Honestly, I wish I’d had a pink bath like that when I was their age! Two very different vibes, but both spaces feel so “us.” I couldn’t be happier with how they’ve turned out!
