a week in Whitby ✨ I have to say I’ve come away from a few days at @saltmoore_ feeling so happy and thankful of the team at the hotel. First and foremost the management up there are such hard workers they truly will always go above and beyond to make things happen despite things not always going to plan. I have to give a special shoutout to @adammaddockchef who has developed the most delicious food, it’s actually unbelievable. It completely elevates the hotel into something truly special with everything carefully curated to perfection. The start of the week Adam and @tommybanks cooked for an incredibly special event with @jessicadiner and @roxienafousi and it was some of the best food I’ve tasted. Tommy you’re such a joy to work with, you’re literally the national heart throb and so down to earth for how talented you are. Overall we are so lucky to have such incredible management and the best team up at the hotel, thanks for always giving your best and working so hard. Also want to personally thank my two gorgeous friends who came to help me with the shoot to support me. I am feeling just so grateful for the wonderful people who have made this hotel a completely success. Special mention to Mel, Jayne, Brian, Chris, Adam, Hayley, Lucy and of course the whole Saltmoore squad - you’re amazing and thank you for running this hotel and giving people such a gorgeous experience 🤍

Before I feed/show Jude his meal, I try to give him mixed seeds or nuts at his highchair to make sure I’m regularly giving them to him to avoid any allergens creeping in but ALSO the benefits are: - support their immune system as they have Zinc in them - rich in antioxidants - easy way to add more vitamins at the start of their meal - healthy fats good for brain development Thank me later ✨ also Jude initially never used to touch them, I used to put them in a pile on his tray and i used to eat them first. Then as he saw me eating them, he started to try and now he really loves them! Also he isn’t the biggest fan of vegetables unless they’re hidden in something so this is a great way to get some extra sources of nutrients!

2 weeks of baby bliss ????✨ the jump from one to two has been interesting, naturally I’m more with Miley and Mark is now spending more time with Jude so I feel like Jude isn’t very happy with me ???? I’m sure it will settle but I’m actually really enjoying the newborn phase. I’m finding it easier than the adjustment from 0-1 maybe because it’s not all so new and I knew what to expect but I definitely feel guilty not spending as much time with Jude. Trying to soak up all the little moments as I feel really lucky ✨????
