The series #characterstudy was created in 2011 by @broadwaycom Editor-in-Chief @paulwontorek when he asked @suttonlenore to allow a camera backstage to witness her transformation into Reno Sweeney at ANYTHING GOES. Between 2011 and 2019, Broadway.com produced 62 episodes of the Emmy Award-nominated series, including a 2014 visit with Sutton during her run as Violet Karl in VIOLET. The Broadway shutdown and new backstage rules put the series on hold….until now! Last week, Paul rebooted the series with Sutton at the Hudson Theatre, where she is finishing her run as Princess Winnifred in @mattressmusical.
