Ever since we wrapped filming Ibiza in summer 2023, I’ve been trying to think of how the programme can elevate and travel to new destination, on a new passage of discovery. Thailand felt like the right place to go…there’s so much to discover, and I’m intrigued to look deeper into what Thailand has to offer so many, and shine a light in places it may not have been shone before. I cannot wait to get started in a few weeks, thank you to my amazing team at BBC for making this possible, and thank you to @south_shore_uk for working with me to bring this idea to life ????❤️✈️ let’s go!

Next footwear is always the best (I buy a lot of my heels from Next, the Forever Comfort range is top tier), but I struggle to find boots that don’t rub. The best shepherds pie you’ll ever have… this is a staple in my house this autumn / winter!!! I made a huge one so we could tuck in for lunch every day since, and it’s gone pretty quickly ???????????? adding marmite is a GAME CHANGER! These sticky toffee puddings are also hard to beat.
